Software Development Engineer in Plano

An SDE designs, builds, and maintains software applications and systems. You will work with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. You will help build internal software for the company such as CRM, scheduling and tracking software., * Design and Code: Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using like Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.

• Test and Debug: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to improve performance.
• Collaborate: Work in an Agile team to define feature requirements and plan development sprints.
• Review Code: Participate in peer code reviews to maintain high quality standards.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Technical Skills: *

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming .
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, good communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
