Data Analytics Engineer (They/She/He)

Experteer Overview In this role, you will join the Data Platform Enablement team to govern and improve Glovo’s core data tools and workflows.You will help enforce data governance standards, automate manual processes, and support Looker-driven analytics across the company.You’ll work closely with senior engineers and three interns, mentoring them as you tackle scalable data projects and AI-enabled improvements.The position offers exposure to cloud governance, Looker evolution, and a growing data-support self-serve experience, aligning with Glovo’s mission to empower data-driven decisions.This is a hands-on, impact-focused opportunity to shape trusted data and enable cross-functional teams to unlock insights Compensaciones / Beneficios * Maintain and govern core data tools (Looker) and enforce governance standards * Automate data processes using LLMs, n8n, Make, and API/MCP connections * Monitor GCP usage and costs; help define cloud governance * Advance Looker toward conversational analytics for non-technical users * Contribute to building a self-serve Data Support experience with agent-based support * Identify and propose improvements in data consumption and consumption patterns * Delegate tasks to 3 interns, provide feedback, and mentor them * Collaborate with senior Data Engineers and stakeholders across the business Responsabilidades * 2-3 years in Analytics Engineering, Data Analytics, BI, or related data role * Strong SQL with ability to write, debug, and optimize queries * Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation * Experience with Git/GitHub and collaborative engineering practices * Hands-on use of LLMs and automation tools (n8n, Make, APIs) * Ambitious and independent mindset with ownership of tasks while growing toward end-to-end ownership * English proficiency with ability to explain technical topics clearly Requisitos principales * top-notch private health insurance * monthly Glovo meal benefits * discounts on transportation, food and kindergarten expenses * discounted gym memberships * work from home two days a week * enhanced parental leave
