Join us to help shape the future of banking operations.What you will doReview what our agents decide on real dispute cases: the classification, the evidence they selected, and the response they drafted, checking each one for accuracy, relevance, and consistencyVerify each case against the underlying transaction data, the cardholder’s evidence, and the Mastercard and Visa rules that govern itIdentify and flag errors, inconsistencies, and gaps in the agent output, described precisely enough that an engineer can act on themBuild and maintain the labeled test sets our engineers measure agent accuracy againstProvide structured feedback and curated datasets that go back into how the agents are evaluated and improvedHelp refine the review process itself, including which cases are worth sampling as volumes growMeet deadlines while holding a high standard of accuracy and efficiencyWhat you need1-2 years of working experienceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfort working in spreadsheets, and interest in learning SQL if you do not use it yetAbility to work independently, manage your own time, and ask when something does not look rightInterest in payments and disputes.
