Job description

We are seeking a Scrum Master with exceptional organizational rigor and cross-team coordination skills to guide multiple Agile workstreams through a complex cloud migration and modernization effort. This role requires someone who thrives in high-velocity, detail-intensive environments - someone who can not only facilitate Agile ceremonies but also enforce structure, timelines, and accountability across parallel delivery tracks., * Orchestrate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, demos, retros) across multiple concurrent delivery teams (e.g., application migration, DB modernization, infrastructure setup).

Maintain razor-sharp control over sprint scopes, dependencies, and deliverables across diverse squads and technology domains.
Track user stories, test cases, and blockers with surgical precision using Jira or Azure DevOps - no ambiguity tolerated.
Partner with the Program Manager to surface risks early, escalate delays, and enforce Agile hygiene across teams.
Maintain and publish burn-down charts, sprint metrics, and completion ratios with transparency and urgency.
Ensure grooming sessions are meaningful, well-prioritized, and tied directly to migration milestones and technical readiness.
Adapt Scrum practices to suit the complexity of migration work (e.g., dependencies across .NET, DB2, job schedulers etc.).

Requirements

5+ years as a Scrum Master in fast-paced Agile environments involving application migration.
Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple Agile teams with interdependent delivery streams.
Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and migration project lifecycles.
Mastery of Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps with the ability to build dashboards, link epics/stories, and enforce traceability.
Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and Agile discipline - with the confidence to push back on vague or incomplete work items. Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certifications.
Familiarity with AWS services, test automation flows, and compliance-aligned delivery (e.g., FedRAMP, RMF).
Background working with government clients or within large-scale federal modernization initiatives.
