Bridgestone is a global automotive and industrial products company with a strong presence in the Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Africa.About the RoleThe SAP SD/LE Application Architect will design, govern, and support SAP Sales & Logistics solutions across Bridgestone EMEA’s pan?European landscape.The role works collaboratively with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and delivery partners to translate business needs into robust, standard?driven SAP solutions.Job PurposeThe Architect supports Bridgestone EMEA’s logistics and sales capabilities by defining, harmonising, and governing SAP SD/LE solutions across projects and operations.The role ensures solution consistency, technical fit, and alignment with SAP standards while supporting high?quality delivery, continuous improvement, and SAP roadmap initiatives.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand business needs and contribute to solution design.Assess technical feasibility within the current SAP landscape and bridge non?standard requirements with strategy to maximise SAP standard adoption.Define implementation options aligned with SAP best practices.Translate proposed solutions into functional design documents.Ensure integration across SAP modules and with existing satellite systems.Collaborate with implementation partners and review solution approaches, workload, risks, and impacts.Configure and test solutions hands?on within the SAP system.Evaluate solutions proposed by partners and support teams.Ensure alignment with SAP standards and integration requirements.Provide expert advice to support teams and contribute to Change Approval Boards.Act as 3rd?level functional support for complex SAP SD/LE issues.Promote SAP standard functionality and harmonised solutions.Stay up?to?date with SAP innovations and industry best practices.Ensure long?term consistency and maintainability of the SAP landscape.Qualifications & Experience RequiredEducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.ExperienceProven SAP SD/LE experience across international projects, including:PricingRebates and contractsOutput determinationOrder entryDelivery processingCustomer and intercompany billingHands?on experience with SAP S/4HANA.Strong knowledge of SAP SD/LE configuration and integration.Ability to work with complex SAP landscapes and satellite systems.Fluent English; additional European languages are an asset.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and with geographically distributed teams.Structured, organised approach with a focus on quality and standardisation.Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.What We OfferA supportive onboarding experience.Opportunities for development and growth through training and mentorship.Corporate Social Responsibility activities.A truly global, dynamic, and challenging work environment.Agility, work/life effectiveness, and long?term well?being.A diverse and inclusive team.We are committed to creating an inclusive culture that advances equity, embraces individuality, and helps our increasingly diverse teammates, customers, and communities thrive.This means that all job applicants and members of staff will receive equal treatment and that we will not discriminate on grounds of gender, marital status, race, ethnicity, color, nationality, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, religion, or age.#J-*****-Ljbffr
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Logistics, Economics, or a related field. Experience Proven SAP SD/LE experience across international projects, including: Pricing Rebates and contracts Output determination Order entry Delivery processing Customer and intercompany billing Hands?on experience with SAP S/4HANA. Strong knowledge of SAP SD/LE configuration and integration. Ability to work with complex SAP landscapes and satellite systems. Fluent English; additional European languages are an asset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and with geographically distributed teams. Structured, organised approach with a focus on quality and standardisation. Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
