Manufacturing Cyber Security Architect

The Opportunity We are seeking a Manufacturing Specialist - Cyber Security to join our PTE organization.In this role, you will serve as the key liaison between the global TechOps cyber security function and our local manufacturing sites across the globe.Your mission will be to ensure compliance, secure operations, elevate Operational Technology (OT) security awareness, and achieve seamless integration of enterprise-level initiatives with site-specific needs.This position requires a strong blend of manufacturing knowledge, cyber security awareness, and exceptional stakeholder management.Key Responsibilities PT Representation at Site: Act as the primary liaison and strategic bridge between manufacturing site operations and the PTE cyber security / digital teams Site Compliance: Ensure site-level compliance with corporate cyber security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements Security Integration: Drive the seamless roll-out of global enterprise security initiatives, adapting them effectively to local manufacturing needs without disrupting operations Awareness & Culture: Elevate OT security awareness among site staff, fostering a culture of cyber-vigilance Who You Are You are someone who shares our passion for science, technology, and people.You bring structure, collaboration, and a secure?by?design mindset to manufacturing environments.Qualifications A proven track record or strong background in manufacturing operations combined with a solid awareness of Cyber Security/OT Security Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between global strategies and local site execution A proactive approach to compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement Fluency in English (global team collaboration) Roche is an Equal Opportunity Employer.#J-*****-Ljbffr
