Requirements

Experience managing IT Workplace Services or End User Computing (EUC) environments. Proven experience leading IT Infrastructure or Workplace Technology Projects. Strong knowledge of: IT Service Management (ITSM) ITIL Framework Asset Management Service Delivery Workplace Operations Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills. Professional proficiency in English. German is a plus. Nice-to-Have Skills Microsoft Intune Microsoft Endpoint Manager SCCM / MECM Windows 10 / Windows 11
