You will contribute to meaningful features, help shape scalable architecture and take full ownership from design to deployment.You will collaborate closely with product and business teams, share your expertise with peers, and continuously raise the bar for code quality and technical excellence. If you are passionate about clean code, smart solutions and building software that matters, this is your opportunity to make a difference.Key responsibilities:Architecture:fix architecture deficiencies and make appropriate trade-offs.Technical Competence: considered a technical expert, driving best practices and building consensus.Quality of work: solutions are secure, scalable, extensible, and cost-effective.Execution: Divide projects into parallel work and deliver value incrementally.Impact: Evangelize best practices and improve the professional development of colleagues.Collaboration: Active contributor of knowledge, resolving root causes of endemic problems.Ownership and Accountability: Lead challenging projects, and mentor team members.Growth Mindset: Seek and select long?term views and executions, seeing the broader picture.What you’ll bringSeveral years of hands?on backend software development experience with strong proficiency inPHP, focusing on theSymfonyframework.Backend Expertise: Proven track record in designing, building and maintaining robust backend systems in a production environment as well as strong experience in building REST APIs.Cloud Familiarity: Experience with cloud platforms (ideally AWS) and modern DevOps practices like CI/CD and containerization.
