Executive Assistant (Head Of It)

Academic qualification, preferably in IT or economics/business administration with a IT affinity, as well as project management experience (at least 3 years of professional experience). Detailed knowledge of and experience in the Allianz Group and Allianz Technology customers, services & processes is required as well as fluent English and German (written and spoken) in both business and technical context. Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of corporate hierarchy, with both IT and business managers; High affinity for technology and infrastructure security, at the same good business acumen and strong financial understanding. Excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as very good Microsoft Office skills, with advanced Microsoft Powerpoint knowledge. Ability to work independently and accurately, to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a structured and reliable way, and to work well under time pressure. Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
