Excellence - Driven to Be the Best: Excellence should be embedded in everything we do, from product development to customer service., We are looking for a skilled Embedded Software Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. As an Embedded Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing embedded software solutions for a wide range of products and applications in the RV industry. This role requires a deep understanding of embedded systems, hardware/software interaction, and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment., * Develop embedded software for various embedded platforms and microcontroller-based systems.
- Design, implement, and optimize firmware for embedded systems with a focus on efficiency, performance, and reliability.
- Develop and execute unit tests and debug embedded software issues.
- Optimize code to meet real-time performance and memory constraints.
- Maintain and improve existing embedded systems and software.
- Participate in software architecture and design discussions.
- Document software designs, processes, and methodologies.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements where applicable.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both development and production environments.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Version control?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or 1-3 years of industry equivalent work experience).
- Strong proficiency in C, C++, or other embedded programming languages.
- Familiarity with microcontrollers, microprocessors, and peripherals (e.g., sensors, actuators, communication interfaces).
- Experience in developing software for real-time systems.
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet, etc.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with RV-C standards and protocols., * Experience with advanced debugging and performance profiling tools.
- Knowledge of low-level hardware programming and device drivers.
- Experience in other programming languages such as Python, Swift, Java, etc.
- Experience in automotive, consumer electronics, or industrial automation sectors.
