- Lead the development and continuous improvement of the LBM analytics platform by identifying key performance metrics, enhancing data visualization, and ensuring the platform delivers actionable insights for both internal teams and members.
- Partner cross-functionally to define data requirements, improve data integrity, and expand reporting capabilities to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Evaluate, implement and scale third-party technology solutions that address critical needs within both the LBM division and member businesses.
- Research emerging technologies, conduct vendor assessments, and lead pilot programs to validate solution effectiveness.
- Collaborate with members and internal stakeholders to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and ongoing optimization of technology solutions.
- Work closely with LBM Operations, IT and LBM Sales teams to align technology initiatives with divisional and organizational priorities.
- Engage directly with members and dealers to understand operational challenges and educate them on available technology and analytics solutions.
- Ensure platforms and tools are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with evolving member needs.
