Job description

As an ERP Analyst II, you will build on your foundational ERP knowledge by leading small-to-mid-scale implementations, optimizing business processes, and refining system integrations. You will work hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and other ERP platforms to solve complex business challenges., We are hiring an ERP Analyst II, a mid-level role for professionals with hands-on experience in ERP configuration, system integrations, and business process analysis.

As an ERP Analyst II, you will work closely with senior consultants, developers, and business leaders to enhance ERP functionality, automate processes, and troubleshoot system issues. You will gain expertise in finance, supply chain, procurement, and accounting workflows while driving real business impact for enterprise clients.

Our goal is to help you become an ERP expert who can analyze, optimize, and implement ERP solutions that improve efficiency and drive operational excellence., * Lead small-to-mid-scale ERP implementations, ensuring successful system configuration and deployment.

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP system configurations.
  • Support data migration, system integrations, and automation projects.
  • Assist in troubleshooting ERP performance issues and optimizing workflows.
  • Develop custom dashboards and reports using Power BI or ERP analytics tools.
  • Conduct end-user training and provide post-implementation support.
  • Document system configurations, test cases, and functional workflows for knowledge sharing., * Own ERP module implementations and functional optimizations, ensuring best practices.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to refine ERP integrations with third-party systems.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Supply Chain) to streamline processes.
  • Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) efforts to validate ERP functionality.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on ERP best practices and automation improvements.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical solutions implementation?, If you are detail-oriented, technically skilled, and ready to take ownership of ERP solutions, this role will accelerate your career into ERP consulting, architecture, or enterprise software strategy., For Candidates with 2+ Years of Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft D365 F&O, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms.
  • Strong understanding of procurement, accounting, supply chain, or financial business processes.
  • Experience with ERP data migration, workflow automation, and system integrations.
  • Ability to analyze system performance and recommend process optimizations.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or Power BI for reporting and analytics.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

For Candidates with 4+ Years of Experience:

  • Expertise in ERP automation, AI-powered analytics, and workflow optimization.
  • Strong understanding of ERP security, compliance, and user roles management.
  • Proven track record in troubleshooting ERP system issues and optimizing performance.
  • Experience leading ERP module implementations and training end-users.
  • Knowledge of API integrations, ERP customizations, and middleware solutions (Boomi, Power Automate, etc.).
