Job description

We are looking for an experienced IBM ODM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM), business rule development, and enterprise application integration. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business rules and decision services to support enterprise applications., * Design, develop, and implement business rules using IBM ODM

Create and maintain rule sets, decision tables, and rule flows
Integrate ODM solutions with enterprise applications and APIs
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
Perform testing, debugging, and production support activities
Optimize rule performance and ensure application scalability
Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices
Support deployment activities and CI/CD processes, Design, develop, and support robust and scalable messaging solutions utilizing IBM MQ. Develop, maintain, and enhance integration flows using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE). …

Requirements

Strong experience with IBM ODM (Operational Decision Manager)
Experience in Rule Designer, Decision Center, and Rule Execution Server (RES)
Hands-on experience in business rule development and rule flows
Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE technologies
Experience with REST/SOAP Web Services and APIs
Good understanding of SQL and database concepts
Experience in integrating ODM with enterprise applications
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, * Experience in Banking/Financial domain
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
IBM ODM certifications are a plus
