Technical Support Engineer | Networks

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer - Networks to join our newly established Teltonika office in Madrid and contribute to the continued growth of Teltonika Spain.Teltonika’s Networks Business Unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems.Our solutions are used in Industry 4.0, Smart City, Green Energy, security, transportation, retail, and other demanding connectivity environments.We are proud of our products developed and manufactured in Lithuania and are looking for a technically strong and customer-oriented professional to support customers, partners, and the local sales team.In this role, you will: Provide technical support to customers, partners, and integrators using Teltonika Networks products.Support the Sales team during customer meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.Troubleshoot issues related to networking devices, software, connectivity, and product configuration.Work closely with HQ technical teams and R&D to resolve complex technical challenges.Deliver product training and prepare technical documentation for internal and external use.Collect customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.What we expect of you: Fluent Spanish and good written and spoken English.Technical or engineering education in networking, telecommunications, IT, electronics, or a related field.Previous experience in technical support, network engineering, pre-sales, or similar roles.Solid understanding of networking principles and technologies.Experience with routers, gateways, switches, modems, or related networking equipment.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.Willingness to travel within Spain when required.Nice to have: Experience with industrial networking or IoT connectivity solutions.Knowledge of VPNs, Linux-based systems, and mobile connectivity technologies.CCNA certification or similar networking courses.Experience working in an international environment.What we offer: Opportunity to join Teltonika Spain at an early stage and contribute directly to the growth of the local Networks business.Close collaboration with local and international teams.Professional onboarding and product training.Dynamic, fast-growing, and international work environment.Real opportunities for professional development and career growth.23 working days of annual leave.Birthday day off.2 additional personal days per year.Fridays ending at 15:00 throughout the year.Salary We appreciate everyone’s efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise.If you have questions, do not hesitate to contact our recruitment colleague Alessia Forte, email
