We’re rindus, a People company.We love IT professionals and our passion is to help and empower our crew to get the best out of themselves, unfold their full potential, and help them grow.Because growth is in our mindset, we’re doing it since **, closely with our German Partners, helping them shape their software development teams.C&A is a multinational retail clothing brand, with stores in all Europe.We are currently collaborating with their e-commerce division, with the headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany) , you will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain ) or from home.Partake in the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a primary focus on the Employee Central (EC) and Compensation modules, including foundation objects, position management, org structures, workflows, compensation planning, and variable pay templates.Support the hiring and onboarding lifecycle in Employee Central, including new hire data model configuration, hiring/rehire workflows, and integration touchpoints with Compensation processes such as offer and starting salary setup.Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems.Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to educate stakeholders on solution capabilities and usage.A minimum of 3-5 years practical experience in the implementation and operation of SAP SuccessFactors In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation modules, including hiring, position management, and compensation planning processes.Proficiency in configuration of SuccessFactors solutions.Fluent English.Being part of dynamic and highly motivated international multicultural team of skilled professionals.??
