This role requires advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish, and availability to attend client offices in Madrid or other locations as needed. Remote work is possible, but candidates must be based in Spain and available at least 3 days per week.Key ResponsibilitiesFull Stack Development: Build scalable applications using TypeScript and React.AI Integration: Implement and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) within enterprise solutions.Agent Architecture: Design agentic workflows, including memory, planning, and tool use.Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced environments and adjust to shifting priorities.Must-have Skills8+ years of experience insoftware engineeringwith strong fundamentals (data structures, design patterns, scalability).Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.Proven expertise withTypeScript + Reactin production environments.Hands-on experience implementingLLMsand integrating them into applications.Strong understanding ofagent architectureand multi-agent workflows.Nice-to-haveAI Tooling Proficiency: Ability to leverage AI tools for drafting, analysis, or automation.Experience inproject managementwithin self-organizing teams.Familiarity withevaluation frameworksand monitoring AI performance.What we offerA High-Impact EnvironmentCommitment to Professional DevelopmentFlexible and Collaborative CultureGlobal OpportunitiesVibrant CommunityTotal Rewards (benefits vary by location and employment type)Find out more about our culture here.
Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in
- software engineering
- with strong fundamentals (data structures, design patterns, scalability).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
- Proven expertise with

- in production environments.
- Hands-on experience implementing
- LLMs
- and integrating them into applications.
- Strong understanding of

- and multi-agent workflows.
