Desde Kapres Technology estamos buscando un IT Project/Program Manager Logistics con experiencia en WMS, se requiere francés e inglés alto, para un importante cliente del sector logística a nivel internacional.Trabajo 100% remoto desde España.Ofrecemos contrato indefinido con nosotros.Experience5-7+ years in IT project/program management, account management, or customer-facing roles in logistics, supply chain, or related industriesProven experience managing project teams and customer relationshipsProven experience in managing project teams.Experience with WMS implementation projects.Experience participating in workshops to collect requirements and conduct gap analysis.Experience with requirements gathering, business analysis, and process improvement.Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and waterfall.Change management skill.Software tools: Jira, MS Planner, Smartsheet or similar.Specialist Knowledge & SkillsStakeholder management, decision?making, problem?solving, planning, issue/risk management, documentation, resource control, time and budget management.Skilled in transversal management, driving alignment and collaboration beyond hierarchical boundaries.Strong priority management and program?level strategic planning skills.Proven analytical skills and attention to detail.Experience in leading or participating in workshops to collect requirements and conduct gap analysis.Commercially awareness.#J-*****-Ljbffr
