What you’ll do:

As a senior member of the team, you’ll own and drive the successful delivery of SAP HR solutions while building strong partnerships across the business and with external organisations. You’ll act as an ambassador for the SAP Team, ensuring high standards of service, collaboration, and delivery.

Working alongside SAP HR and SuccessFactors specialists, you’ll also help develop team capability by mentoring colleagues, sharing knowledge, conducting peer reviews, and providing technical guidance and leadership., We are a Disability Confident Employer - committed to ensuring that our recruitment and selection process is inclusive and accessible.

We’re seeking an experienced Senior SAP HR Functional Consultant to join our team. You’ll bring deep expertise in SAP HR or Payroll, alongside strong project and change management skills, and a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• This role will be based at our headquarters office, which is set in the beautiful and historic city of Winchester, right in the heart of Hampshire, with excellent transport links via Park and Ride or the nearby train station. We have adopted on Open Workplace Policy, allowing the successful candidate to perform the majority of the work remotely with periods of project or team related work to be undertaken in the office.
