ContractLondon, WaterlooPosted 17 hours agoCompetitive USD / Year This is an exciting opportunity for an IT Operational Delivery Project Manager / IT Service Manager to join this global Energy company looking after DEX Sustainability, including Delivery, Operational Readiness, Stabilisation & Risk Reduction.Description:DEX Sustainability ResponsibilitiesLead DEX Sustainability from design into delivery, implementation and value realisationStrong project delivery and operational management experience covering service performance, stability, incidents, risk and OPEX.Good infrastructure knowledge including resilience, environments, release management and change controlDefine and manage Non-Functional Requirements and measurable operational outcomesDrive operational readiness, service transition, deployment and support handoverIdentify delivery risks, root causes, process inefficiencies and systemic issuesCommunicate technical and operational issues clearly to leadership and stakeholdersLead
