Job description

QA Lead (Automation)Location: UK (Remote)Job Type: PermanentKey ResponsibilitiesLead QA and automation initiatives across Agile teams.Partner with Product Owners, Developers, and Scrum teams to define QA strategy and roadmap.Drive automation framework development, standards, and best practices.Prioritize QA activities, remove blockers, provide status updates, and maintain QA documentation.Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.Mentor QA team members and provide automation leadership.Required SkillsStrong Quality Engineering and Test Automation background.Hands-on experience with Playwright + TypeScript (preferred), Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools.Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks.Hands-on experience with keyword-driven, data-driven, hybrid, and BDD frameworks.Experience integrating automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Proven, ability to work independently and lead automation
