Java Developer

Our client is a leading financial institution located in the downtown Pittsburgh area and is currently in need of a hands-on Java Developer to support internal enterprise projects. The ideal candidate would have experience in a highly regulated industry and is comfortable supporting junior developers within the team., * Contribute hands-on to Java development, delivering high-quality, maintainable code across the application stack

• Collaborate closely with an Agile delivery team to understand user stories, clarify requirements, and meet acceptance criteria
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and day-to-day problem solving to support timely, reliable delivery
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed, helping raise overall team capability

• 5+ years of professional Java development experience
• Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments
