Job description

As our Data Analyst, you will transform complex data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decisions, improving patient outcomes, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Every day you will collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from patient care, operations, and finance. You’ll create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings, identify trends, and inform initiatives for quality, cost reduction, and evidence-based practices.

To be successful, you will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proficiency in data tools (SQL, Tableau, Excel), and an understanding of healthcare data. Excellent communication for technical insights and a commitment to data integrity are essential.

  • Performs intermediate and complex operational or analytical tasks.
  • Participates in strategy design and leads initiatives.
  • Proactively identifies and escalates issues, risks, or operational performance concerns.
  • Researches, analyzes, tracks and resolves data, workflows and procedures of medium to high complexity
  • Performs metadata management for all projects
  • Assists in defining data standards and business rules for projects

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience OR
  • 4 years of experience in data and/or statistical analysis or related field

Preferred

  • Masters Other in related field or equivalent professional experience, upon hire and
  • 5 or more years of experience in dataand/or statistical analysis or related field
