Manager IT

Constellation Energy seeks an IT Manager to lead core technology operations supporting mission-critical energy systems. In this role, you will manage a team of IT professionals delivering secure, reliable infrastructure, applications, and end-user services. Responsibilities include overseeing network and server environments, cloud platforms, cybersecurity controls, and enterprise software. You will drive IT project execution, vendor management, budget planning, and incident/problem management. Partner with business and plant operations leaders to align technology with energy reliability, regulatory, and sustainability goals in a collaborative, high-performance culture., * Lead and develop an IT team supporting enterprise and plant operations

• Oversee network, server, and cloud infrastructure for high availability
• Manage cybersecurity practices, access controls, and compliance
• Direct IT projects, timelines, and deliverables across business units
• Administer enterprise applications and end-user computing services
• Coordinate incident, problem, and change management processes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology with goals
• Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships
• Implement IT policies, standards, and documentation
• Support reliability, safety, and regulatory requirements in energy operations
