Job description
- Be part of the Data Team, designing data solutions for insurers and reinsurers
- Design data models and data transformations as part of the redesign and migration of insurance business solutions
- Develop data solutions such as data hubs, data lakes, reporting platforms, and data warehouses
- Analyze business requirements and derive solution approaches and concepts for data solutions
- Assume subject-matter and project responsibility for our clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients
- Lead both our internal teams and our clients’ teams, Technical Interviews (1-2 rounds, depending on the project) - Discuss your skills with our experienced Capco colleagues Feedback & Offer - Receive an offer to join our team!
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in designing and developing data solutions
- Expertise in data engineering and/or data analytics
- Knowledge of and experience with one or more standard data tools
- Basic insurance knowledge in policy administration and claims across one or more lines of business
- Knowledge of typical insurance data models and data flows
- Experience in data modeling and developing solutions using DevOps and Agile methodologies
- Experience analyzing requirements from business departments and stakeholders
- Experience managing projects or subprojects, combined with strong stakeholder communication skills
- A degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
- Ability to work independently and take ownership as a consultant
- Languages: German and English

- The minimum gross monthly base salary for this position is from € 2,500. The final offer could be higher to reflect the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable bonus payment. Capco is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation to our people.
