This role focuses on creating a cohesive, scalable, and customer?centric experience across a portfolio of subscription offerings.You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams, acting as a key design leader who connects experiences across multiple products and touchpoints. Proven experience leading design strategy for complex platforms or ecosystems , ideally in subscription or SaaS environments. Strong background in UX, Product Design, or Service Design , with demonstrated impact at scale. Experience working in cross?functional Agile environments alongside Product and Engineering teams. Ability to simplify complexity , align stakeholders, and drive toward shared solutions. Excellent communication and storytelling skills , with experience presenting to senior stakeholders. Experience integrating AI?supported workflows into digital product design and cross?functional collaboration . Ability to leverage AI?driven tools and workflows to accelerate ideation, research synthesis, prototyping, and design execution.
