Starbucks is hiring a Senior SDET in Nashville, TN to drive quality for customer-facing and internal applications in the accommodation and food services space. You will design and implement robust automated test suites across UI, API, and integration layers, collaborate with developers and product owners in Agile teams, and ensure reliable, secure, and performant releases. You’ll build and maintain test frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, analyze defects, and champion quality practices, while working in Starbucks’ inclusive, growth-focused, partner-driven culture., * Design, implement, and maintain automated UI, API, and integration tests for Starbucks applications

• Develop and extend test automation frameworks and tools to improve coverage and reliability
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA to define test strategies and acceptance criteria in Agile ceremonies
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor test results for rapid feedback
• Analyze defects, identify root causes, and drive quality improvements across services and components
• Create and maintain test data, test cases, and documentation for regression and release testing
• Perform performance and reliability testing for critical customer and partner-facing systems
• Advocate for best practices in testability, code quality, and automation within engineering teams
