About LiliHoLiliHo is a B2B SaaS platform at the intersection of AI, real-time messaging, and automation.We build infrastructure that handles high-volume guest communication across multiple channels, think WhatsApp Business API, PMS integrations, Pub/Sub pipelines, and LLM-powered workflows.Our stack is Python-first, our team is international, and we move fast.The RoleWe’re looking for a backend developer who takes ownership seriously.You’ll work directly on the core product, integrating with external platforms, building reliable messaging infrastructure, and helping shape the architecture as we grow.This isn’t a ticket-execution role.You’ll be expected to think, challenge, and improve.You’ll report directly to our CTO, with real visibility into technical decisions from day one.We use Jira for planning and Confluence for documentation.What You’ll DoBuild and ship new product features following LiliHo’s engineering principlesOwn integrations with external platforms (PMS providers, messaging APIs, third-party services)Design and maintain automated testing pipelinesContribute to architectural decisions and continuous improvement of the codebaseWhat We’re Looking ForMust-haves:4+ years of Python experience with frameworks such as Flask or FastAPISolid grasp of REST API design, Pydantic, Git, and DockerExperience with integrations or solutions engineeringStrong communication and a bias toward documentation and clarityNice to haves:CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, PydanticAI) and/or RAG systemsCloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS) and/or TerraformGrafana, Prometheus.Experience with messaging APIs (WhatsApp Business API or similar)OAuth / OIDCWhat Makes You Stand OutYou hold yourself to a high standard.You review your own PRs like a critic.You don’t wait to be told what to do next you identify the problem, propose a solution, and move.You’re comfortable zooming out to the system level and zooming back into the detail.You learn independently, communicate clearly, and think in terms of tradeoffs not just solutions.What We OfferSalary band: €50,**,000Fully remoteDay-to-day work with AI, messaging infrastructure, and real-time systems?
