Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field 5-10 years of experience in SAP Solution Architecture or SAP Consulting within Manufacturing & Operations Strong expertise in SAP QM, PP, PM, and CS Solid understanding of: Quality Management and inspection processes Production Planning and manufacturing execution Plant Maintenance and asset reliability Customer and Technical Service processes Experience with SAP S/4HANA and modern ERP environments Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, integrations, and ERP architectures Experience working in international and matrixed organizations Exposure to regulated industries such as pharma or healthcare is a plus Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset Fluent in English ; German is a plus
