Technical Architects

We’re looking for a Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions across Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 F&O., Our primary aim is to recruit a Principal-level Technical Architect, particularly someone with strong experience in Dynamics 365 FSCM and Azure integration architecture. However, we also want to hear from strong Senior Technical Architects who demonstrate the breadth, technical leadership and potential to progress into a Principal role.

This is a broad technical architecture position rather than a narrowly defined integration role. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on technical leadership, working with customers, delivery teams and senior stakeholders to shape end-to-end solutions across the wider Microsoft technology stack.

We’re particularly interested in architects with strong experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management and Azure integration architecture, while recognising that strong technical architects naturally develop different areas of depth across the Microsoft technology stack.

Travel and Hybrid Working

We continue to offer our customers onsite consultancy time if requested, so flexibility around travel and overnight stays is expected, depending on the project requirements. Onsite time is planned ahead of time, within 2-week blocks, so you know well in advance where you will be working.

We encourage those in customer-facing roles to aim to come into the office at least once a month, and also team meetings and client meetings; however, you can work from Nottingham HQ or any Cubo office regularly if you prefer, whichever suits you.

• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong architecture and technical leadership experience, including guiding delivery teams and reviewing solution designs.
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure application and integration services such as Service Bus, API Management, Functions, Logic Apps and App Services.
• Experience designing integration solutions using enterprise integration patterns, APIs, messaging and event-driven approaches.
• Good understanding of identity, security, networking and non-functional requirements in Azure solutions.
• Good working knowledge of Dynamics 365 FSCM and its core business processes, with an understanding of how areas such as finance, order management, inventory, warehousing and production influence solution and integration design.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 FSCM integration approaches, including OData, data entities, DMF, business events and related patterns.
• Significant experience in a customer-facing consultancy, partner or professional services environment.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, facilitate workshops and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, commercially aware approach.
• Full driver’s licence and access to a vehicle, with flexibility around travel and working hours
• Curious, looking to challenge the status quo and improve.
