Job description
Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Release Train Engineer to lead Agile Release Trains delivering complex telecommunications and media platforms. You’ll facilitate PI planning, synchronize cross-team dependencies, and drive continuous delivery across software, data, and cloud services. Partner closely with product, architecture, and engineering leaders to optimize flow, remove impediments, and improve Agile maturity. In our people-first, inclusive culture, you’ll mentor Scrum Masters, champion Lean-Agile practices, and help scale solutions used by dealers, OEMs, and consumers worldwide., * Lead and facilitate Agile Release Train events, including PI planning, system demos, and inspect-and-adapt workshops.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediment removal to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Partner with product management, architecture, and engineering to optimize flow and value delivery.
- Coach and mentor Scrum Masters and teams on SAFe and Lean-Agile practices to improve maturity and performance.
- Analyze and report ART metrics to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.
- Align release plans with stakeholder expectations across Cox Automotive brands and functions.
