We are committed to equal employment opportunities, fostering an inclusive environment where diversity makes us outstanding.MissionThe Technical Application Specialist is a key member of the Customer Technical Support Diagnostics organization.In this role, you will provide advanced technical support to customers, both remotely and onsite, ensuring successful implementation, training, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.Act as a technical liaison between Grifols and customers, ensuring smooth communication, strong operational alignment, and excellence in delivery service.What your responsibilities will beServe as the main technical contact for Customers and support implementation and training for new customers.Manage support requests including troubleshooting, upgrades, and technical reviews.Oversees new customers training on Grifols products, Upgrade of Equipment or SoftwareCollect Customer Data and perform Analysis at country/sector levelProvide support, handle escalations, analyze issues, and recommend corrective actions.Collaborate on new product launches, workflow analysis, and cross?functional coordination.Support change management processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with groups with Grifols to ensure rapid resolution of customer complaints, including root cause investigationsAssume additional managerial responsibilities in the absence of fellow Evanzcare’s Area Managers or Senior LeadershipMaintaining and tracking cross functional timelines with all Grifols departmentsParticipating in new product launchesWho you areTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions).Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific/technical field.Between 1-3 years of experience in technical applications within medical diagnostics, medical devices, or related fields.Commitment to and focus on results and customer satisfactionExcellent organization, record keeping, and inventory skillsAnalytic and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated and self-directed, with strong interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to communicate technical information effectivelyExcellent organizational, record keeping and inventory skills required.Autonomous, structured, and detail oriented, with strong communication skills, the ability to stay productive under pressure, and solid analytical and problem solving capabilities.Speak advanced level of English.Position will be based in the field with up to 70% travel required. Candidate must have ability to travel outside assigned geographic areas.
