SOLTEL busca Ingeniero/a de Software con experiencia en Genesys Cloud para diseñar, desarrollar, integrar y mantener soluciones en la plataforma cloud de contact center.Colaborarás con el Program Director, Product Owner y equipos de arquitectura para definir soluciones técnicas, implementar routing, automatización e integraciones mediante APIs de Genesys Cloud, asegurando calidad y escalabilidad.Se valorará experiencia en despliegues, resolución de incidencias y buenas prácticas de desarrollo,#J-*****-Ljbffr
