We are still looking for the very Top Talent…and we would be delighted if you were to join our team!Desplácese hacia abajo para ver todos los requisitos del puesto y las responsabilidades que pueden esperar los candidatos seleccionados.More in details, UST is a multinational company based in North America, certified as a Top Employer and Great Place to Work company with over 35,000 employees all over the world and presence in more than 35 countries.We are leaders in digital technology services, providing large-scale technological solutions to leading global organizations.What we look for?We are looking for an experienced Application Operations Manager to join a strategic international project within the banking and wealth management sector.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud migration initiatives, application operations, DevOps practices, and Azure technologies, working closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure service reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.Hybrid Model in Madrid (3x2)Key Responsibilities:Own and manage IT services end-to-end, ensuring compliance with defined SLAs and understanding service dependencies.Act as the primary point of contact for Operations, Support, Maintenance, and service lifecycle-related activities.Drive application re-platforming and migration initiatives towards Azure Cloud infrastructure.Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, security controls, and secure-by-design principles.Collaborate closely with development teams, promoting DevOps culture and best practices.Enable CI/CD automation and cloud-native development approaches.Improve developer experience through documentation, templates, standards, and training materials.Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on platform adoption, automation, and operational efficiency.Participate in agile projects, providing technical and business analysis expertise.Mandatory Requirements:Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and its core services.Proven experience leading or supporting application migrations and cloud transformation initiatives.Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD practices.Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.Knowledge of GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD platforms.Experience working with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, ELK Stack, or Splunk.Strong knowledge of Git version control.Experience working in Agile environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Fluent English (written and spoken).Nice to have:Background in Java or .NET (C#) environments.Experience with automation scripting using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or deployment solutions like Octopus Deploy.Understanding of networking concepts, including ingress controllers and load balancers.Previous experience in the banking, financial services, or highly regulated environments.Fluent Spanish and/or German.What can we offer?23 days of Annual Leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary days!Numerous benefits (Health Care Plan, Internet Connectivity, Life and Accident Insurances).`Retribución Flexible ?
