This is a busy, challenging and complex position requiring the EA to be able to multi-task, prioritise requests and work to tight deadlines. Also involves working closely with other Executive Assistants within the business who are located across various countries.What you will do:* Responsible for arranging and booking all travel on a frequent basis, ensuring transfers to and from airport /hotel, hotel arrangements* Reviewing on a daily basis the VP’s schedule, meeting arrangements and ensuring meeting requests are dealt with promptly* Assisting with the planning and organisation of Customer Service & Planning team events* Organize and coordinate schedule of meetings and appointments for the VP* Ensure accurate and timely authorisation/process of invoices, expenses, holiday requests in appropriate systems* Create and submit expenses for approval on a monthly basis* Creation and management of Purchase Orders / CCEBUYWhat we expect from you:* Significant experience in an administrative role at Executive level and strong project management skills.* Ability to communicate effectively, organize and plan your time efficiently, anticipate needs, and prioritize work to deadlines.* Ability to take initiative, willingness to adapt, ability to relate easily to others and your sense of confidentiality are critical success factors.* Proficient in the use of MS Office, including Excel, Word & PowerPoint* Attention to detail and problem solving skills* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Requirements
