Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the design and delivery of AI-enabled and digital platform solutions for Global Clinical Operations, aligning enterprise architecture with security, compliance, and scalable delivery.You will partner with business leaders, product teams, engineers, and security specialists to translate complex clinical requirements into practical, future-ready technology.You will shape architecture patterns for AI, ML, and intelligent automation, driving cross-functional collaboration and modernization across clinical development.This is a strategic, impact-driven role at the intersection of clinical operations, cloud platforms, and AI innovation.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Design end-to-end technology solutions for Global Clinical Operations and broader Development capabilities * Create architecture blueprints, integration strategies, and technical specifications to enable scalable delivery * Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, security, quality, and roadmaps; provide technical leadership across the lifecycle * Design and govern AI-enabled solutions leveraging ML, Generative AI, intelligent automation, and analytics platforms * Define AI architecture patterns (LLMs, RAG, vector databases, AI agents, orchestration) and ensure scalable, explainable, compliant implementations * Lead enterprise integrations across APIs, event-driven platforms, cloud-native services, and data ecosystems * Promote reusable architecture patterns, security-by-design, and AI-ready frameworks; support governance and risk assessments * Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and external partners; influence technology direction across domains Responsabilidades * Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline * Extensive experience in solution/enterprise/application architecture or technology consulting * Proven track record delivering complex enterprise-scale solutions with applications, integrations, cloud, and data ecosystems * Strong knowledge of integration architecture, API management, cloud technologies, and modern software engineering * Experience with AI, ML, Generative AI, intelligent automation, or advanced analytics platforms * Understanding of AI architectures (LLMs, RAG, vector databases, AI agents, orchestration frameworks) * Experience with SaaS/COTS platforms in enterprise environments * Strong governance, security, data privacy, risk management, and lifecycle management skills * Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence both technical and business audiences Requisitos principales *
