You will lead strategic workstreams, act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of robust, actionable strategies grounded in strong data management principles.You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging your experience in consulting and data management to drive measurable business outcomes.Your responsibilities will include:Define data strategies, platform visions, and transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.Design data governance frameworks, ownership models, and data management practicesTranslate business priorities into prioritized portfolios of data & AI use cases with clear business casesLead the design of data foundations and modern data platforms (e.g. data products)Structure analyses and deliver high-quality, insight-driven strategic recommendations.Lead end-to-end transformation workstreams from discovery to implementationAct as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (CDO, CTO, business leaders)Identify opportunities to expand engagements and create additional client value.Contribute to proposals and positioning of Visium’s Data & AI offerings.Mentor consultants and contribute to practice development and thought leadership.RequirementsWhat we are looking for6+ years of experience in data strategy, data platform/foundation design, data management and consulting experience.Proven experience leading end-to-end data transformation initiatives (strategy ? implementation)Understanding of modern data architectures (data products, data vault, etc.)Expertise in data governance, operating models, and data management frameworksExperience defining and prioritizing data use cases with clear business valueAbility to bridge business and technical teams, ensuring feasibility and impactStrong stakeholder management experience with senior leadership (CDO, CIO, business heads)Excellent communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholdersEntrepreneurial mindset with a drive to shape and grow client engagementsCDMP (DAMA-DMBOK) certification is a strong plusFluent in English, French is a plusBenefitsWhat we offerA competitive compensation packageA yearly education budget to steep your learning curveA yearly sport budget because a fit body leads to a fit mindA flexible working culture because your work-life balance matters to usA position that enables you to have an impact on 1’000s of people, and the whole company’s growth.An international, knowledgeable, and passionate team with a strong collaborative mindsetCheck ourLinkedInandwebsiteto learn more about us & don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

What we are looking for 6+ years of experience in data strategy, data platform/foundation design, data management and consulting experience. Proven experience leading end-to-end data transformation initiatives (strategy ? implementation) Understanding of modern data architectures (data products, data vault, etc.) Expertise in data governance, operating models, and data management frameworks Experience defining and prioritizing data use cases with clear business value Ability to bridge business and technical teams, ensuring feasibility and impact Strong stakeholder management experience with senior leadership (CDO, CIO, business heads) Excellent communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to shape and grow client engagements CDMP (DAMA-DMBOK) certification is a strong plus Fluent in English, French is a plus
