EY Knowledge helps EY to win in the market by providing the right insights at the right time through an agile, client-first organization.Experience2+ years of relevant experience of working in Oracle ERP Financials (Earlier called as E-Business Suite) with at least 2+ years of experience in Fusion FinancialsShould have worked in at least 2 full life cycle implementations with at least one of the implementations on Fusion FinancialsShould have a good experience in Fusion finance modules like AP, AR, GL, CM etc.Good to have experience in Project Accounting, Billing and Costing.Experience of having a client facing roleGood exposure in handling integrations and data conversion activitiesApplication configuration, test case preparation and execution.Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Requirements gathering and documentation using AIM / OUM or other prescribed methodologiesImplement the Oracle Fusion Financial modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Expenses, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash ManagementConduct CRP sessions, Participate in design reviews and discussionsMap client requirements against Oracle Fusion Financial Modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Expenses, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash ManagementCapable of handling Solution Design /Functional Fit-Gap /Training/Testing sessionsAssist business user during CRPs/SITs/UATsGuide client team and business users on Oracle ERP Cloud applicationsShould be able to conduct the training for the business users in Spanish.Competencies / Skills:Fluency in Spanish and EnglishStrong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design documents.Must have knowledge of documenting using OUM or any other methodologyStrong customer handling skills and ability to lead & mentor team-membersAble to work under pressure and meet deadlinesExcellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quicklyClient site work / Business Traveling involvedEducation:Oracle Certification in any one of the Oracle Cloud Financials modules is a Plus.What we offerContinuous learning:You’ll develop the mindset and skills to navigate whatever comes next.Success as defined by you:We’ll provide the tools and flexibility, so you can make a meaningful impact, your way.Transformative leadership:We’ll give you the insights, coaching and confidence to be the leader the world needs.Diverse and inclusive culture:You’ll be embraced for who you are and empowered to use your voice to help others find theirs.#LI-HYBRID
