| ?IT Specialist (Systems & Network)?Alcobendas (On-site) | ? Full-time?What will you do?You’ll be part of the team ensuring that the company’s IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. This is not just a basic support role - you’ll have real impact on daily operations.Your responsibilities will include:Providing technical support to internal users (hardware, software, network)Installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations, servers, and network systemsTroubleshooting incidents and resolving technical issues end-to-endManaging network infrastructure (routers, switches, connectivity)Installing and maintaining business applications (Microsoft Office, ERP, CRM)Managing IT inventory and software licensesSupporting backup systems and data integrityMaintaining technical documentation (systems, configurations, incidents)?What we’re looking forDegree or vocational training in IT (or equivalent experience)Previous experience in IT support / systems / networking rolesSolid knowledge of:Windows environmentsNetwork troubleshootingHardware and system configurationProfessional level of Spanish and English, desirable Russian and/or Armenian?
