IT PMO - Infrastructure and IT OperationsInterim contract (6 months initially) with possibility to extend.A global company is looking for an experienced IT PMO to lead the set up and migration to a new office location.Working with business stakeholders and the IT PMO, the role will manage the set up and successful relocation / migration to new locations and office spaces, including setting up, testing and deploying IT infrastructure and systems.The role:- Manage the set up and migration to new office locations in Madrid and wider European countries end-to-end - Project Management of IT infrastructure and systems set-up - IT Project Management: End-to-end delivery including engaging with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure a smooth new office / workplace set-up - Track and report on Project Progress across assigned scope ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget - According to the project plan: define milestones, monitor and report progress and manage stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure on-time delivery - Manage risk and resolve issuesRequirements:- IT Project Manager with prior experience in office set up / office opening or site relocation - IT infrastructure and IT Operations project management experience - Strong communication skills in English and ideally some French - Stakeholder engagement skills - Knowledge of Project Management methodologies: PMI, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall or similar desirableLocation: Madrid#J-*****-Ljbffr
