Full Stack Engineer

About the role:This role is a core individual contributor on one of three Scrum teams within the Peer Community productorganization in Digital Product Technology (DPT).You will own feature delivery end-to-end, contribute totechnical design, and help raise the overall quality and capability of your team.Gartner Peer Community is a peer-driven platform where thousands of verified enterprise leaders connect to share knowledge, askquestions, and provide peer feedback that helps inform technology and business decisions.What you will do:? Design and build high-quality features end-to-end across web and backend platforms with focuson reliability, performance, and maintainability.? Participate actively in technical design discussions and contribute meaningful input onarchitecture and implementation approaches.? Partner closely with Product and Design to rapidly prototype, validate, and iterate on new ideas,helping shape requirements and technical solutions in areas where the path forward may not yetbe fully defined.? Write well-tested, well-documented code and hold a high bar in code review.What you’ll need:Must have-? 4+ years of professional software engineering experience building production systems, includingrich experience in end-to-end system design and delivery.? Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) for backend development and React/Next.js or React Native for UI development; must have hands-on full stack engineering experience.? Solid understanding of software design principles, testing practices, and delivery fundamentals.? Clear written and verbal communication with teammates, product managers, and stakeholders.Nice to have? Prior experience in distributed systems, high-traffic services, or data-intensive platforms.? Familiarity with agile/scrum delivery models.? Experience integrating third-party video conferencing solutions into web or enterpriseapplications using APIs or SDKs.Who you are:? Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field required? Excellent communication skills.? Able to work independently or within a team proactively in a fast-paced AGILE-SCRUMenvironment.Languages:English and Spanish
