5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure, or related roles. Strong experience working with AWS and cloud-native environments . Solid understanding of infrastructure, networking, security, and distributed systems . Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines . Hands-on experience with Terraform, CDK, or similar Infrastructure as Code tools . Experience with monitoring, observability, and reliability engineering . Strong scripting or programming skills using Python, Bash, or similar languages . Experience working with APIs and microservices architectures . Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. A mindset focused on automation, scalability, and continuous improvement

Exposure to DataOps, MLOps, AI infrastructure, or Machine Learning platforms . Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration technologies . AWS, Kubernetes, or DevOps certifications. Experience building Internal Developer Platforms or developer productivity tooling. Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives .
