Sr. Software Engineer In Test

Experteer Overview In this role, you will advance the quality of Align Technology’s software across cloud-based and desktop solutions.You will work with cross-functional and multi-regional teams to provide testing expertise, identify risks early, and drive continuous improvement.You will design and execute manual and automated testing strategies, with automation being a core focus.This position offers the opportunity to shape QA processes and tooling while delivering reliable, high-quality products that support the company’s software ecosystem.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Ensure quality and reliability of software across business-critical projects throughout the development lifecycle * Design, implement, and execute manual and automated testing strategies with a focus on increasing automation coverage * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, PO, BA, developers, DevOps, QA) across multiple domains * Maintain documentation of test plans, cases, and results for traceability * Identify risks/issues early and work with stakeholders to resolve them * Support and evolve QA processes, tools, and best practices * Validate data integrity across SQL/NoSQL databases and backend systems * Cover testing for both cloud-based and desktop applications (Python/C++ based) and analytics/reporting components (Power BI) * Participate in initiatives to improve product quality, reliability, and processes Responsabilidades * Senior level QA experience * Proven ability to design and implement testing strategies * Strong automation focus and experience (building automation from scratch when needed) * Proficiency with Python and C++ * Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure * Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting * Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases for data validation * Excellent collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams * Ability to proactively identify risks and drive mitigation actions Requisitos principales *
