Solution Architect Demand & Supply Planning

Shape global supply chain excellence - powered by SAP IBPAs part of our SAP Supply Chain organization at Fresenius Kabi, you will play a key role in shaping and transforming our global end-to-end supply chain planning landscape.Our team drives the strategic design, standardization, and continuous optimization of SAP-based planning processes - connecting demand, supply, inventory, and S&OP across a complex, international environment.To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Solution Architect who brings both deep functional expertise and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, future-ready SAP planning solutions.You will take ownership of designing and evolving our global planning solutions - with a strong focus on SAP IBP - and ensure seamless integration into our enterprise landscape.Your responsibilities:Drive the design and architecture of SAP IBP solutions (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP) and ensure alignment with upstream and downstream systemsShape and implement end-to-end planning processes, combining business requirements, best practices, and SAP standard capabilitiesEnsure integration with the broader SAP landscape, including SAP APO and SAP ECC / S/4HANAPlay a key role in the global rollout and continuous evolution of our SAP IBP templateContribute to roadmap definition, project planning, and strategic initiatives in the planning domainYou will work closely with global business stakeholders, process owners, and IT partners to ensure consistent, scalable, and high-quality solution deliveryYour qualifications:Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Logistics, or a comparable fieldProven experience (5+ years) in Supply Chain Planning projects, including Demand and Supply Network PlanningStrong expertise in SAP IBP and SAP APO (DP, SNP, PP/DS, gATP is a plus)Deep understanding of end-to-end planning processes in complex, global environmentsAbility to translate business needs into scalable SAP solution architecturesExperience working in regulated industries (e.G., life sciences) is highly desirableExcellent communication skills and ability to work in global, cross-functional teamsFluent in EnglishWhy join our team:Shape global supply chain transformation in a leading healthcare companyWork in a modern SAP IBP environment with high business relevanceCollaborate with international stakeholders across business and ITTake ownership and drive end-to- end solutions with real impact
