As anL3 Support Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the availability, stability, and performance of critical business applications, with a strong focus onKafka-based event-driven architectures, PL/SQL troubleshooting, and complex production support activities.You are the ideal candidate if you have…? At least3 years of experiencein L3 Application Support, Site Reliability Engineering, or Software Engineering within high-availability environments.? Strong experience troubleshooting backend applications usingJava and Spring Boot.?Strong hands-on experience with Kafka, including event handling, topic analysis, message tracing, and troubleshooting distributed event-driven systems.?Advanced PL/SQL and SQL knowledge, with proven experience analyzing complex queries, troubleshooting data issues, optimizing performance, and working with relational databases.? Solid knowledge of distributed architectures, includingREST APIs, Microservices, and Kafka-based solutions.? Hands-on experience withKubernetesand Linux environments.? Experience participating in on-call support rotations for business-critical applications.? Fluent English to work in an international environment.What will your day-to-day look like?? Act as the L3 escalation point for critical production incidents, driving resolution through log analysis, telemetry, code debugging, andKafka event tracing.? Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for complex incidents involvingmicroservices, Kafka event streams, databases, and integrations.? Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize distributed microservices andKafka-driven event-processing platforms.? Analyze and resolve complex database issues usingSQL and PL/SQL, ensuring data integrity, performance optimization, and operational stability.? Participate in release management activities, operational readiness reviews, and deployment processes within Kubernetes environments.What do we value in your profile??
