Senior Project Manager Sap Supply Chain

As the SAP Supply Chain department at Fresenius Kabi, we are responsible for the strategic planning, efficient design and reliable execution of all global end?to?end supply chain processes in SAP - spanning planning, logistics, compliance, governance and continuous process optimization.To strengthen our team, we are looking for aSenior Project Manager SAP Supply Chain(m/f/d)with excellent organizational, analytical, and coordination skills.You will take ownership of steering a diverse set of SAP initiatives that shape the backbone of our global supply chain operations. In this role, you translate strategic ambitions into real?world impact by ensuring that key applications - includingSAP EWM, SAP IBP, SAP ATTP and related modules- are delivered with precision, alignment and measurable value.You will be the central orchestrator who brings structure, clarity and momentum to our portfolio: driving governance, monitoring progress, anticipating resource needs and connecting all relevant stakeholders - from business leaders and Demand Management to project managers, SAP experts and external partners. With your coordination, complex initiatives become clear, manageable and successful.Your responsibilities:Lead cross?functional SAP initiatives (EWM, IBP, TM, ATTP) by managing milestones, risks and dependencies, and fostering collaboration across modules.Drive and oversee the global SAP Supply Chain project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and IT roadmaps.Create clear, compelling portfolio insights through status reports, KPIs and dashboards for leadership and steering committees.Optimize resource and capacity planning while supporting budget and financial transparency across multiple projects.Act as the central coordination hub between business stakeholders, IT leadership, project managers, SAP experts and external partners.Continuously improve portfolio management standards, delivery processes and documentation practices.Coordinate rollout and change?management activities for SAP Supply Chain solutions across business units.Ensure compliance with governance, audit and quality requirements, especially within regulated (e.g., pharmaceutical) environments.Serve as the global first point of contact for SAP Supply Chain execution and planning topics.Your qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, Logistics or a related field.8+ years of experience across end?to?end supply chain processes (transportation, warehousing, production planning, demand forecasting).Strong expertise in SAP Supply Chain modules (EWM, TM, SCM, IBP, MM); exposure to emerging technologies such as AI/ML or IoT is a plus.10+ years of leading global projects with a proven track record in deploying SAP?based Supply Chain solutions at scale.Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).Experience with portfolio management tools like ServiceNow (plus: SAP Focused Build, Jira, MS Project).Excellent interpersonal skills, with demonstrated success working in global teams, matrix environments and with multiple stakeholder groups across IT and business.Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills in English.If you are passionate about connecting people, projects and technology to advance our global SAP Supply Chain, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.Join #futurefresenius and apply now through our online portal.
