We want you to be part of our journey of growth and of an outstanding, global family.What you can look forward to in this Role:Maintain secure and up to date firmware baseline across the networkConfigure and deploy networks across the organization (routers, firewalls, switches, access points)Remote support and troubleshooting of network related issuesLiaise with other teams (project management, First Response, System Administrators and Architects)Handle escalated Incidents and performing advanced troubleshootingEffectively communicate to handle issues in the most adecuate manner.Coordinate with Hempel Digital suppliers and partnersTravelling might be required in relation to IT projectsKey responsibilitiesEnforce standardization across the network by following defined policiesPrioritize security across the WAN and LAN under a Zero Trust premiseDesign and implement new solutions to improve resilience and security of the current environmentEnsure network availability by monitoring performance and quickly troubleshooting and fixing network outages and scheduling maintenance windowsRoot Cause Analysis of outages and problem remediationStay up to date with latest technologies and security standardsCreate and maintain documentation and network diagramsWhat does it take to become our new team member?Work experience with Cisco (CCNP desirable), MerakiSDWAN, Cisco ISE, Cisco routing and switching (Nexus) with BGP & OSPF, Cisco wireless WLCsExperience with Aruba central, Aruba SD-WAN, Aruba ClearPass, Aruba Instant and Aruba switches.Experience supporting Data Center infrastructure & understanding of carrier technologyExperience with FortiGate firewalls (NSE4 desirable)Organized and capable of meeting deadlines.Flexible and adaptable attitudeAbility to work as part of a team as well as individuallyFluent in English - oral and writingGlobal career possibilitiesAt Hempel we offer a variety of global career possibilities and many cross functional and cross-cultural working relationships.
