It Project Manager (Relocation Alicante)

We are looking for anIT Project Managerto support the successful delivery of complexIT, software and digital transformation projects. Experience inindustrial digital solutions, SCADA, OT/IT integration, Io T or industrial automationwill be considered a strong advantage.This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in the office during the first two months, moving to 1 day per week in the office thereafter.ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning, execution, and monitoring ofIT, software development and digital transformation projects.Coordinate projects involvingsoftware applications, IT systems and digital solutions , from requirements and planning through deployment and go-live.Maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and project documentation.Coordinate project governance activities, steering committees, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and financial KPIs.Coordinatesoftware development, IT/infrastructure, business, engineering and external partner teams.Support requirements gathering, solution definition, testing, UAT, deployment, and project delivery activities.Monitor project KPIs and ensure compliance with project management standards and governance processes.Occasionally travel to project sites and other company locations to support project delivery.RequirementsPrevious experience asProject Coordinator, or Project Manager within IT, Software Development, Digital Transformation, or Technology projects.Proven experience coordinating the delivery ofsoftware applications, IT systems, digital solutions or technology projects.Experience working withsoftware development and/or IT teams , ideally in multidisciplinary environments.Experience with project governance, planning, reporting, budget tracking, risk management, and KPI monitoring.Familiarity withAgile, Waterfall, or Hybridproject methodologies.Hands-on experience with tools such asJira, Azure Dev Ops, MS Project, Confluence, or similar.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate technical and non-technical teams.Analytical mindset and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.ProfessionalEnglish (C1) is mandatory.Professional French is mandatory , as the role requires regular communication and coordination with French-speaking teams and stakeholders.Willingness and availability to travel occasionallyfor project-related activities.Experience withSCADA, OT/IT integration, Io T, industrial automation, industrial systems or data acquisitionis a strong plus.What do we offer?Individual training budget of€1,200(languages, books, certifications, etc.).Flexible remuneration package.Discounts at sports centers (And Joy).Free private health insurance.Monthly follow-up meetings with your manager for continuous feedback.Access to our Technology Communities, where you can share knowledge, learn from colleagues, and grow professionally.Do not know us yet?
