The File Transfer Service (FTS) is a critical Managed File Transfer (MFT) solution supporting the State of Michigan since 1997. It enables secure, high-volume file exchanges across all state departments and with external partners. The system ensures compliance with audit standards and offers capabilities such as secure file transfers, automated notifications, retry mechanisms, and detailed auditing.

FTS is designed to handle large-scale data transfers across various classifications and is widely utilized across all departments within the State., * Design, develop, test, document, and implement scripts for file transfer processes

• Support migration activities from MessageWay to MOVEit
• Provide technical assistance in designing file transfer solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to file transfer systems
• Contribute to planning and execution of strategic project objectives

Do you have experience in Systems & applications support?, * 7+ years of experience with MOVEit and MessageWay, including customization, configuration, and support

• Strong understanding of MOVEit and MessageWay database architecture
• Experience in scripting, including development and deployment
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
• Ability to design file transfer solutions aligned with business requirements
