Business Solution Analist Front-end

Role purpose: Translate business needs into clear front-end solution requirements, ensuring user-focused, scalable, and measurable digital outcomes. - Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements for front-end features and improvements. - Create functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process/UX flows aligned with stakeholder goals. - Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and engineering teams to validate feasibility, scope, and delivery timelines. - Support sprint planning and backlog refinement; clarify requirements throughout development. - Define and monitor KPIs, analytics events, and success metrics for front-end releases. - Facilitate stakeholder workshops, demos, and feedback cycles to drive continuous improvement. - Ensure solutions meet quality, accessibility, and compliance expectations where applicable.
