Experteer Overview As Principal Cyber Threat Intelligence, you fuse advanced research with actionable insights to protect a global enterprise.You join the Cyber Threat Intelligence team to detect emerging threats, guide risk reduction, and inform leadership with clear, impact-focused intelligence.You lead targeted threat research and collaborate across cyber defense, engineering, and business units to embed intelligence into operations.You develop AI-enabled workflows and leverage LLM/Agentic AI to speed analysis and responses.This role offers meaningful impact at scale within Johnson u**amp; Johnson’s security program.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Conduct intelligence collection, research, and analysis to identify threats, adversaries, vulnerabilities, and trends relevant to the organization * Produce finished intelligence reports and briefings communicating threats, business impact, and recommended actions * Lead threat research projects that synthesize internal incident data and telemetry into actionable insights * Collaborate with cyber defense, vulnerability management, and engineering teams to integrate intelligence into threat hunting, detection, and risk reduction * Develop AI-enabled and automated intelligence workflows to improve identification, analysis, reporting, prioritization, and escalation * Utilize LLM and Agentic AI tools to accelerate data processing for intelligence outcomes * Build relationships with security and business stakeholders to align intelligence with priorities and risk objectives * Collaborate with industry peers, government partners, and intelligence-sharing communities to enhance awareness and resilience * Tailor intelligence products to executives, business partners, and practitioners to support strategic, operational, and tactical decisions Responsabilidades * Bachelor degree or equivalent experience * 10+ years of professional experience * 7+ years in cyber threat intelligence or threat research * Excellent threat intelligence writing and briefing skills * Strong knowledge of current threat landscape and TTPs * Experience researching nation-state and criminal threat actors * Knowledge of intelligence lifecycle, analysis methodologies * Experience with structured analysis techniques (Diamond Model, Cyber Kill Chain) and MITRE ATTu**CK * Experience with OSINT and closed sources (e.g., Google Threat Intel, Flashpoint, Silobreaker) * Experience analyzing internal incident data for enrichment and trend identification * Experience with LLM/Agentic AI tools and collaboration with automation or data science teams * Experience analyzing security controls data and familiarity with SOAR/SIEM and TIP products * Knowledge of geopolitics in cyber threat landscape; security certifications preferred Requisitos principales * annual bonus * vacation days * parental leave * bereavement leave * caregiver leave * well-being reimbursement
